- What is the relationship between Kinesys and TAIT?
- In June 2019 Kinesys joined the TAIT group of companies. Over the last five years this combination of talent and industry experience has brought together unique capabilities in automation and show control, creating exciting opportunities for existing and future customers

- Our distribution model hasn’t changed. Buy direct from TAIT or through our carefully selected Sales Partners. Alternatively, there is a worldwide network of Rental Partners who will be able to help you with your Kinesys requirements. - Are there plans to introduce new Kinesys products?

- While we continue to review our service model to meet evolving needs, our global Service & Support team remains dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Will there be any changes to existing warranties on Kinesys products?
- Warranties remain unchanged.
- Do you still have a library of Support materials to download?
- We have a dedicated area of the website hosting Software, User Manuals, Spec Sheets & Range Brochures. This can be accessed via www.kinesys.com/resources
Kinesys products
- Will my Kinesys products change?
- Products may feature new TAIT branding, but their engineering and performance remain the same. For example, the Kinesys Elevation v2 Drive has been shipping in TAIT-branded casing since June 2023.
- Will my Kinesys products become obsolete?
- We are not planning to obsolete any existing Kinesys family products at this time. Occasionally component obsolescence forces us to alter designs but where possible an alternative is made available. We will continue to support all the products that we build subject to spare parts availability.
- Are there any updates planned for Kinesys Vector?
- Kinesys Vector will continue to be maintained for any major bugs and occasional feature additions. Our focus is on producing the next generation of control software to control Kinesys and TAIT Products universally.
- Do I need TAIT Navigator to run Kinesys products?
- No, any of the Kinesys family of TAIT Products can be controlled using Kinesys’ Vector software. In addition, with some additional hardware, they can also be controlled by TAIT’s Navigator software.
- Can I combine Kinesys & TAIT products on the same system?
- It is certainly possible to combine Kinesys and TAIT products together, however this opens up so many possibilities that at this time we would work with you individually on a project-by-project basis to achieve it successfully.
